All products are printed on demand, ensuring the highest quality, while reducing waste from overproduction. With prints and ceramic ornaments please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. This will depend on the print labs production time. Once shipped the items will be sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, which will provide you with tracking of your parcel during transit.Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond my control.Each item will be carefully packaged with hard backing and in a 'Do Not Bend' envelope to ensure protection during shipping.
As the products are printed on demand to reduce waste and overproduction, unfortunately returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item has been damaged during transit. If you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to assist.
PrintsEach print has been printed using with archival inks on archival paper giving them a lifespan of around 80-100 years if not a lot more. To preserve the prints the high quality of the prints ensure that they are not placed in direct sun light, near a radiator or where fluctuating temperature changes occur.Originals & CommissionsTo preserve your original painting and keep it looking its best quality for years to come, make sure it is not placed in direct sun light, near a radiator or where fluctuating temperature changes occur. All of my original paintings have been created using acid free, fade resistant, archival paper, on either 100% cotton or treated wood pulp paper. (See individual original paintings for more details).
